Grace Pan joins as Chief Operating Officer

Grace Pan takes on role as Chief Operating Officer at Swedish Care Venture Builder. She will lead business operations and market development across the Swedish Care corporate group.

Grace brings 8+ years experience from management consulting and commercial leadership roles, making her adept at working across borders, collaborating between functions, and creating structure in complex environments. Grace has taken on both strategic and operational roles, including head of market and commercial development at a 1B SEK turnover eCommerce company where she speradheaded the commercial planning process and led the internationalization team. Grace was previously a management consultant at PwC in NYC, where she worked with Fortune 500 companies in healthcare, pharma, and consumer products in the US, Europe, and Asia, with a focus on digital solutions, customer experience, and commercialization.
